Refund policy

We offer easy returns within 7 days after the delivery date.
We offer free refunds within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with the label received on it and in its box.
In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier cannot pick up the items from your side.
In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer.
In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended you get a full free refund within 4-5 working days from the request.
